SHOW SET-UP: Show hall set up begins promptly at 5pm Friday –This is NOT exhibitor set up. Vendors will also be setting up and the traffic areas must be open. If you can come to assist, it would be *greatly* appreciated. The hall will close promptly at 7:30 pm. Exhibitors can bench Saturday at check-in 7:30 to 8:30 am.  Watch the TICA lists--if you are not on the TICA lists, it is advisable to join for notification of any updates. Skyway Cat Club (SCC) reserves the right to substitute and or add judges, change times, etc. as necessary.

BENCHING & SUPPLIES: Our fees are kept as low as possible to help you, the exhibitor. A single cage space (22” x 22”) is provided for each cat entered. Two (2) kittens or one (1) cat are permitted in a single cage. No kitten under 3 months of age will be allowed in the show hall (be prepared to show proof of age.) Using a wire or single security cage requires you must purchase the extra single space @ $25 if you do not have a second entry and expect a double (22" x 44") space. We place cages according to what is submitted on the summary form. If you answer "Own Cage" with *no* (meaning you are not bringing your own cage), a wire cage sized to your entry payment will be placed and a nominal fee of $5.00 will be assessed. If you took advantage of an Early Bird special, the extra single space may be included with a 3-cat or 1-cat special. We must know who will be providing their own cage--setting-up/removing wire cages unnecessarily may incur an additional service fee. Benching is by DOUBLE CAGE SPACE ONLY.

A grooming or exhibition-only space is the same size as a double cage space: 22” x 44”. All cages must be covered on the top, sides, back, and bottom. Everyone is expected to supply their own litter and litter boxes; however, we will have a limited amount of litter and disposable cardboard litter boxes as a courtesy to those who fly-in to exhibit at our show. Special benching requests will be honored to the best of our ability. "Handicapped" is a benching request and only one request is considered. Agent request takes priority over benching request. Clerks will be benched first. Vending from the benching area is strictly prohibited.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS: This is a non–vetted show:         Standing Rule 205.3 - 205.3.5: Any cat showing signs of illness, parasites or fungus will be escorted from the show hall. All entries should be vaccinated against feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and feline enteritis, and should test negative for feline leukemia and feline AIDS. Any cat or kitten from a house or cattery where there has been fungus or any infectious or contagious illness within 21 days prior to the opening date of the show is ineligible for entry and or exhibition. Cats obviously pregnant are ineligible for competition. Florida law requires any animal over the age of 4 months be vaccinated against rabies within the last 12 months (be prepared to show proof)! TICA show rules require all claws, front and back, be clipped prior to benching.
